TTP LabTech is offering you a year of exploration with Acumen® to enhance your research.
Acumen® is the fastest imaging system available for cell-based screening: collecting and simultaneously analysing over 40 images/second.
All you have to do to enter TTP LabTech’s competition to win Acumen for a year is submit a 500-1000 word proposal on how you would use Acumen® to assist your research. You can enter as many different proposals as you like.
Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated according to either the uniqueness of the research proposal, or whether it meets a current scientific need, with weighting given to the probability of success.
Proposals should be a Word, PDF or text file between 500-1000 words in length and summarise:
- Title, abstract and goals
- Methods and materials
- Proposed experiments
- Expected outcomes and alternative experiments or extended investigation
- Conclusion

Deadline for submissions is 22nd June 2011, and winners will be announced at European Lab Automation in Hamburg. TTP LabTech reserves the right to extend the competition deadline.

Within one year of receiving an Acumen®, the winning researchers agree to publish data generated using the instrument in one of the following formats: a TTP LabTech application note, a conference workshop or presentation, a webinar, or a peer reviewed journal. The submitter agrees that TTP LabTech may use material from all submitted proposals at its discretion. Three runners up will receive a promotional discount on an Acumen® instrument. Discounts may vary and may not be available in some countries. Ask for details.
