When you need a fully-automated sample handling solution to create assay plates directly from your sample library, comPOUND® stores can be interfaced to TTP LabTech's comPILER® high throughput, tube-to-plate processing system. comPILER can cherry-pick microtubes from up to 12 comPOUND stores simultaneously, allowing the system to retrieve, process and re-store over 60,000 microtubes a day.

TTP LabTech's comPILER provides you with sample handling throughputs to match your screening department’s demand. Only those library subsets required need to be selected for each screen, and each plate can be made up directly from primary stocks rather than cloned plates which have suffered uncontrolled exposure to the environment.
How it works
comPILER arrays, thaws, centrifuges, decaps and gasses tubes before presenting them to a liquid handler for reformatting. Once plates are prepared, microtubes are returned to comPILER for recapping and storage - all without operator intervention. comPILER maintains sample integrity outside the store by filling each tube with inert argon gas to maintain the sample microenvironment.
