A new RAPid 4 application note has been published on the Nature Methods website
A validation study of a Protein A biosensor surface can be found in the latest Applications note section of Nature methods. The biosensor surface can routinely be used in conjunction with the RAPid 4 instrument to monitor antibody concentrations from undiluted crude samples or as capture surface for kinetic characterizations. The surface stability is excellent and lasts for at least 1000 sample injections (4 channels in parallel) before the recalibration of the instrument or the replacement of the sensor surface is required.
