positioning is precise to within 0.1mm enabling the
micropipettes to enter a 1536-well plate accurately or access microplate
sub-wells with ease. It will reliably touch off against the bottom of the
plate for dry dispenses, or to a defined level in the well for wet
dispenses.
Typical CVs in 384-well plates are
around 8% at 50 nanoliters and are better than this for volumes greater than
200 nanoliters, for example around
3%-4% at 400 nanoliters and 4%-7% at 100 nanoliters. Similar results have been achieved in
1536-well plates.

micropipettes can handle solvents, solutions and suspensions over a wide
range of viscosities. There is no need to change the head for differing
applications, and the volume range can be programmed in 1nL increments.
